We try to keep these meetings as short as possible while going through the highlights of the past year, what are our finances look like, and, of course, electing a new steering committee for the year ahead. We remind you that all current committee members stand down so anyone may put themselves forward for one of these roles:
Chairperson
Secretary
Treasurer
Membership Secretary
Digital Services Manager
Chief Welfare Officer
We require 18 members for a quorum so please make an effort to attend if at all possible. We promise to make sure the meeting ends by 8 p.m. sharp!
